ONBOARD® utilizes a new-age, two-stage system. First, a dual-glass particulate filter removes 99.99% of particles down to 3 microns absolute. Next, the fluid filter employs its ECVD (Evaporation Convection – Vacuum Dehydration) process that evaporates, through convection, unburned fuel, water, and glycol, sending the resulting vapors back through the intake for re-burn in the combustion cycles.
